years of experience in using approved tools and techniques to remotely
troubleshoot and resolve end user hardware and software problems, system

encryption devices. I have experience which includes routing protocols,
VoIP and Video Teleconferencing to provide desktop automation support to a
customer base; knowledge of and skill in applying network operation and

concepts to troubleshoot network problems down to the customers end
equipment. I possess a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. I'm

I am currently assigned to the GNOC (General Network
Operation Network Center) at Colorado Springs, CO as a Network
Engineer. My responsibilities are to monitor diagnosis and troubleshoot
a Global Network. I have knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS systems to test and
evaluate production network issues at multiple data centers and in
conjunction with clients and the client’s other vendors, documenting root
cause analysis after major incidents, working with security appliances and
after hours support. My experience includes providing lead support and
troubleshooting for Layer 2 technologies, including but not limited to,
Ethernet (Switched, FastE, GigE), Spanning Tree, VLANs, VTP, Trucking and
Virtual environments. I provide lead support and troubleshooting for IP
technologies, including but not limited to, network connectivity, routing
protocols (BGP, EIGRP, and HSRP), VPNs, Load balancing, and QoS. I have
extensive knowledge of Routing Protocols such as iBGP/eBGP OSPF, VPNs, and
tunneling protocols. I have strong working knowledge in the following
switching (L2) elements: VLAN-S (802.1a, ISL), Trucking ,
Aggregation (Ether Channel, FastEtherchannel, Gigabit Ether channel),
802.1d bridging, spanning tree, good knowledge of , BGP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF,
IPSEC.
